RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Scripture Haven Co, we are committed to delivering products in excellent condition and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturer defect, or
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • A return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Proof of Issue Required

To initiate a return, clear photo or video evidence of the defect or incorrect item must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us verify issues quickly and resolve them efficiently. Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.

We also recommend recording a short video while unboxing your package upon delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return delivery cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

Important Notice

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
